Please note we only offer wholesale accounts for our Candles, Room Diffusers and Room Sprays at present.
Becoming a Stockist
At Jade + June, we value strong relationships with our stockists and appreciate your feedback and insights. As we grow, we recognise how important our retailers are. We’re dedicated to creating high-quality products that will be a great fit for quality retailers like yours. We’re committed to providing excellent service and top-notch products to our retailers.

Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order, with the estimated shipping date noted in the product title. If your order includes pre-ordered items, your entire order will ship when those items are available. To split your order, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Back Orders
Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we may offer a refund or place the item on backorder. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive, without any additional shipping charges.
Display & Packaging
All Jade + June products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Non-compliance may result in account termination. If you sell Jade + June products online, please credit Jade + June in the product description. Contact us if you have questions about our packaging.
Ordering & Payment
$400 minimum for opening orders
$200 minimum for reorders

Payments can be made via direct deposit, credit card, or PayPal.
Please note: We do not accept cheques.
Orders are payable in advance. Net 30 terms may be available to partners with a strong credit history and references. Orders for accounts with outstanding balances will not be shipped until all dues are cleared.
Debt Collection Services
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, Jade + June may refer the debt to a collection agency. In this event, you agree to cover all costs associated with debt recovery, including collection agency fees and legal costs.
Terms
Retailers must agree to our Terms for approval, and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores that do not comply.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Please submit any order cancellations or changes via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancellations after this period may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total. Defective items can be exchanged for products or credit. Damaged or defective items must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged for full shipping, handling, and any additional fees incurred. We do not accept returns of unsold merchandise. All items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Shipping
All orders ship from Vermont, Victoria, Australia. Unless otherwise arranged, we use Australia Post. If you require special shipping arrangements or prefer to use your shipping account, please let us know. Invoices are emailed upon postage, and postage costs are included in the final invoice.
Turnaround Time
We strive to keep our website up-to-date regarding product availability and pricing accuracy. Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days. As your order will be freshly made by hand, we do not ship old stock that has been sitting on a shelf; all wholesale stock is new. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will promptly notify you with a revised timeline, offer a suitable alternative, or provide a full refund.
