SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $90.
Standard Delivery (for orders under $90): $12
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio and sent via Australia Post delivery. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order.
Standard Post
3-5 business days everywhere in Australia, except NT and WA, which may take 6-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Express Post
1-3 business days when you order by 2 pm (AEST) on any business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: delivery delays may be experienced due to Australia Post disruptions. Please visit the Australia Post website for further information.
RETURNS
We hope that you will love your Jade + June purchase.
Please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. If your purchase is deemed to be faulty, please contact us at ua.moc.enujdnaedaj@olleh for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Packages Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as “delivered” by Australia Post, but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Check with Household Members & Neighbours:
Occasionally, parcels are accepted by someone else at your address or delivered to a neighbour in error. - Look Around Your Property:
Parcels can sometimes be left in hidden or alternative locations (e.g., behind pot plants, side doors, letterboxes). - Contact Your Local Post Office:
Sometimes parcels are taken back to your nearest post office for collection.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at ua.moc.enujdnaedaj@olleh. We will assist by opening an investigation with Australia Post.
Please note:
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. Jade + June is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or mislaid after delivery has been confirmed by tracking. However, we understand this can be frustrating and will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
Goods Arriving Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ua.moc.enujdnaedaj@olleh. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging
We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
